Blog Post #1

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky and planned on going to Kentucky after graduating high school to become a doctor. Kentucky was always first in my sights because it was a great school and i grew up being a basketball player and loved the tradition it held. Even though I never got to go to school there i still love being a fan of them first and foremost and this picture represents all the tradition Kentucky has earned in the past.

My favorite movie of all time has got to be O Brother Where art Thou? It is one of those movies i still watch to this day time and time again and never gets old. It is one of George Clooney's best films he has ever been a part of. I argue all the time that it is one of the most under appreciated movies ever been made. I was raised in a very rural area so it reminds me of my hometown and how the person I am today was molded through where i came from.

My celebrity role model has to be Dwayne Wade (Note i am not a bandwagon heat fan; i liked Dwayne Wade since he played in college for Marquette for two years then got drafted in 2004 to the heat). When i see him i see a very humble person who is satisfied with just being able to do what he loves to do as his job. He is one of the most exciting players i have ever seen play and he has the respect of all of his peers. The way he interacts off the court tells the bigger story of the kind of person he represents.

Growing up on a farm I was raised around hunting more than anything. I was always outside doing something and hunting was something that i became fond of very quickly. It was always a time to just take in what the world is outside everything that I am around during a daily basis. Deer hunting is by far my favorite probably because deer are some of the most intelligent animals and most difficult to hunt and it provides a challenge for me every-time i get the opportunity to go and see one.

The first pet i ever had was a horse. My mom always rode horses and it was passed down onto me to learn how to ride and take care of a horse. I think they are some of the most beautiful animals and some of the most majestic animals I have ever seen. I see horses as the ultimate warriors and the ultimate underdogs and they somehow fight and find unknown abilities of strength within themselves. I try to see myself as that being i have unknown abilities that will find there way of coming out within time.

I have to throw in the fact of Alabama football being a huge part of my life because it was around me so much. When i was born in Kentucky i soon after moved to Alabama and my grandparents went to many football games and i was influenced greatly from them on what the university was all about. Growing up it was anyone's dream to go to Alabama and having the chance now to receive a great education and to go to graduate school and to witness a historic athletic year in football has made me very excited for what is in store in the coming year.

My whole life i have listened to rock music more than any other type of music. I am passionate about all types of music but rock really catches my eye different than anything else. It really relates to some of my lifestyle and it is a type of music that really never dies out. I love it because i can go back to previous years of rock music coming out and still find songs that I like and that opens me up to new bands. Rock music and music in general is one of my strongest passions.

My favorite actor at this time is Jason Staham. Aside from almost everything he does involving explosions and fighting, the one thing that stands out about him is how calm he seems to be in every film he is in. I assume every movie he is in he's practically going to save the day and not worry about anything going wrong. Also he is a very interesting actor and although he portrays the "bad boy" image  he also steps away from the huge, bulky hero image that everyone goes after when they look for action movie stars.

In the recent years while in school the program i have used more than anything is the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. After gaining a lot of experience using some of the programs I began learning how to use many of the programs it has to offer and I have learned so much especially during this summer on how to take advantage of every aspect the program has to offer. I have expanded my abilities into a website, audio, photoshop, and graphic design knowledge based off all the tools the Creative Cloud offers. It has helped me open up my potential to all different kinds of possible Creative Cloud projects in the near future.

The last one is the most important for me. I recently a few years back started watching wrestling again and I have always dreamed of working for the WWE. I believe it is still the greatest drama series ever made, and will always be the longest running television show that will ever exist. The two guys in the picture are the Rock and CM Punk(my favorite wrestler). This guy writes most of his lines every night on live television and has recently changed the WWE into his own image. He was one of the most hated characters and has become one of the most loved and he catches the attention of myself and everyone else because he speaks his mind and he has a fighting mentality. He is a guy that i always love to watch preform because every-time he comes out to the ring he always brings a strong passion with him and I connect with him as far as his "never back down" mentality goes.
